Great location near amenities, clean and comfortable cottage, variety of TV subscriptions, quiet despite bedroom window facing main road, well-equipped kitchen.

My recent stay at Simon Cottage in Kendal was wonderful. The location was excellent, with all amenities close by. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The TV in the living room had a variety of subscriptions, which was a big plus for everyone in my group. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of toiletries and the cushions on the sofa smelling of pets, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact our stay.

The cottage had some great facilities, including a beautiful kitchen and a clean and comfortable bathroom. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to amenities and close proximity to the town center. Additionally, the TV in the living room offered a variety of subscriptions, providing entertainment for all age groups.

Finding the cottage was a bit challenging, with limited signposting and unclear directions, especially in the dark. The issue of dampness in certain areas of the cottage was also a letdown, causing discomfort and affecting the quality of sleep.
